Very easy to put together and delicious! From Narcoossee's Restaurant at Disney's Grand Floridian Beach Resort. Ingredients:
3 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 cup light corn syrup |
1 tablespoon butter, melted |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 pinch salt |
1/2 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup pecan halves |
1 unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ingredients in order given. Mix well and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
3. Bake for 5 minutes. Reduce heat after 5 minutes to 300° and continue to bake for 1 hour, or until filling is thick.
4. Cool on a wire rack and serve at room temperature.
