CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER PIE This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gentry Estate in Fate, Texas in 1986. Ingredients:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter |
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
12 ounces sweetened condensed milk |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
1 cup frozen whipped topping thawed |
5 tablespoons mini chocolate chips |
6 ounce graham cracker crust |
Directions:
1. Beat peanut butter and cream cheese until smooth. 2. Gradually beat in milk and juice then gently fold in topping and mini chocolate chips. 3. Spoon peanut butter mixture into prepared crust and sprinkle remaining chips over top. 4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in refrigerator at least 4 hours. |
