I love these pancakes!! Ingredients:
1 cup milk |
2 eggs, beaten |
2 cups buttermilk biscuit mix |
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip |
whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Combine milk, eggs, biscuit mix, and cinnamon, stirring until moistened. 2. Fold in chocolate chips, being sure not to over-blend. Drop by 1/4 cupsfuls onto a hot, greased griddle; flip over when bubbles appear around edges. 3. Cook each side until lightly golden. Top with a dollop of whipped topping and chocolate chips, if desired. (umm - yes, please!). |
