So good! Ingredients:
3 egg whites |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 275 F. 2. Beat egg whites until stiff. 3. Add 1/2 cup sugar and continue to beat. 4. Add remaining sugar and lemon juice: continue to beat. 5. Fold in chocolate chips. 6. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper. 7. Drop by teaspoon - 2 inches apart. 8. Bake in slow oven until slightly browned - about 2/4 to1 hour. 9. Let cool on waxed paper. |
