Okay so I lied, I found 1 more, now I will stop. Ingredients:
2 large egg whites |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder |
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. In large mixing bowl, beat egg whites on high speed of electric mixer until they hold stiff peaks. Beat in sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla extract. Reduce speed to low and beat in cocoa powder. 2. Gently fold in chocolate chips with a rubber spatula. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto foil or parchment lined baking sheets, or silpat baking pads. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Turn off oven leave cookies in oven for 2 hours longer. Remove from pan; store in airtight container. 3. Substitutions: 4. 1/2 cup chopped pecans for chocolate chips.
