Yummy cookies with a surprise inside! Ingredients:
2 -3 dozen hershey chocolate kisses |
1 cup butter, softened |
1/3 cup sugar |
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups flour |
1 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Unwrap kisses.
3. Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, & vanilla.
4. Add flour to mixture. Blend until smooth.
5. Stir in chocolate chips.
6. Mold tablespoon of dough around each kiss, covering completely. Shape into balls.
7. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
8. Bake 10-12 minutes or until set.
