Cupcakes with a *suprise* center! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 pinch salt |
1 cup mini chocolate chip |
Directions:
1. Mix batter ingredients together until smooth.
2. Mix filling ingredients together.
3. Fill cupcake liners 1/2 full with batter.
4. Then put 1 heaping tsp of the filling into center of each cupcake.
5. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
