Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Cupcakes

Warning: Only make these if you know other people will eat them. Otherwise, you will eat the whole batch.
Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 1/3 c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, egg, 1 tsp vanilla and chocolate chips. Set aside.
3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well.
4. Place paper cups into a dry cupcake pan.
5. Fill the cups 3/4 full, then spoon the cream cheese mixture in the center of each.
6. Bake for about 20 minutes, then check.
7. After cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
