Warning: Only make these if you know other people will eat them. Otherwise, you will eat the whole batch. Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese (softened) |
1 1/3 cups sugar |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips |
3 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
2 cups water |
2 tablespoons white vinegar |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 325 degrees. 2. in a small bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 1/3 c sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, egg, 1 tsp vanilla and chocolate chips. Set aside. 3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium sized bowl and mix well. 4. Place paper cups into a dry cupcake pan. 5. Fill the cups 3/4 full, then spoon the cream cheese mixture in the center of each. 6. Bake for about 20 minutes, then check. 7. After cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
