Ingredients:
3/4 cup(s) butter softened |
1/4 cup(s) shortening |
1 cup(s) brown sugar packed |
1/2 cup(s) granulated sugar |
3/4 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
2 1/2 cup(s) flour |
3 cup(s) chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. In a large bowl combine butter and shortening. Beat with an electic mixer for 30 seconds on medium speed. 3. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt. 4. Beat until combined, scraping side of bowl occasionally. 5. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined. 6. Stir in flour with spoon. 7. Stir in chocolate chips. 8. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. 9. Bake in preheated oven for 8-9 minutes. 10. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and cool. |
