Ingredients:
2 1/4 cup(s) all-purpose flour |
1 teaspoon(s) baking soda |
1 cup(s) butter softened |
1/4 cup(s) granulated sugar |
3/4 cup(s) brown sugar |
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla |
3 2/5 ounce(s) vanilla instant pudding |
2 eggs |
1 cup(s) chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Mix flour and baking soda. Combine butter (about 30 sec in microwave), sugars, vanilla, and pudding mix in large mixer bowl. 2. Beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in Eggs. Gradually add flour mixture, then stir in chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfulls, about 2 inches apart on an ungreased air-bake baking sheet. Pat the tops down so they don't get so tall. Put on the middle-ist oven rack. Bake at 375 for 8 - 10 minutes. 3. I take them out before they are brown so they brown a little on the cookie sheet. Mine makes about 3-4.5 dozen cookies. |
