cookies Ingredients:
125 g all purpose flour |
187 g whole wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon salt |
144 g sweetener |
108 g brown sugar |
168 g icbinb (unsalted, and softened) |
61 g applesauce |
2 egg yolks |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
346 g semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 375 degrees. 2. In a large bowl sift together flours, baking soda and salt. 3. In a separate bowl cream together Splenda, brown sugar, butter, applesauce, egg yolks and vanilla extract. 4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and pour in chocolate chips. Stir until combined, don't overmix. 5. Scoop onto baking sheet covered with parchment paper. 6. Bake 13-18 minutes. 7. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. |
