This is a recipe for chocolate chip cookies. I've made it a few times but they usually turn out as brownies. Ingredients:
125 g butter, softened |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
2 cups self raising flour, sifted |
185 g milk chocolate or 185 g dark chocolate, broken into chunks |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 190C(375F). Place the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until creamy. Beat in the eggs. Stir through the flour and chocolate. Roll tablespoonfuls of the mixture into balls. Place on the baking trays lined with the non stick baking paper, allowing room for the cookies to spread, and flatten slightly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. |
