This is a great recipe for parties and other celebrations. My family love them and I guarantee yours will too. But trust me they won't last that long at all. Well they don't in my house and my familly are quite fussy about what they eat. You will definately enjoy them I guarantee! You can never get enough of them! Ingredients:
125 g butter |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup caster sugar |
1 teaspoon vanilla essence |
1 egg |
1 1/2 cups self raising flour |
3/4 cup chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. 2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 3. Mix in the vanilla essence and egg. 4. Stir in flour until combined. 5. Add choc chips. 6. Put large teaspoons of mixture onto a greased tray. 7. Put in oven for 15 minutes or until browned. |
