Just like the ones in the mall...you can write your own message if you choose...other wise at our house, sometimes we cut like a pie and serve with ice cream for a quick summer dessert..I have even substituted different flavored chips..like butterscotch...and mocha Ingredients:
2 large eggs |
1/2 cup sugar |
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed |
3/4 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1 cup chocolate chips |
1 cup walnuts, chopped |
9 inches pie crusts |
Directions:
1. cream together eggs, sugar, brown sugar, and butter, add flour, mixing well - stir in chocolate chips and walnuts - if desired.
2. spread in pie crust -
3. bake at 325* for one hour - or until center tests done.
