This is a simple recipe for any occasion. It is wonderful!! If you like chocolate chip cookies and you like pudding this is a great combination!! The prep time does not include chilling time. Ingredients:
16 1/2 ounces refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough |
8 ounces cream cheese (softened) |
1 cup sugar |
12 ounces whipped topping (thawed and divided) |
3 cups milk |
4 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix |
3 1/2 ounces vanilla instant pudding mix |
Directions:
1. Let cookie dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften.
2. Press into an ungreased 13x9 pan.
3. Bake at 350°F 14-16 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Cool on wire rack.
5. In a large mixing bowl,beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
6. Fold in 1 3/4 cups whipped topping. Spread over crust.
7. In a large bowl whisk milk with pudding mixes for 2 minutes,let stand for 2 minutes or until soft set.
8. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining whipped topping.
9. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate curls if desired.
10. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight until firm.
