1. Bake at 300 degrees 60 minutes 2. Combine oreo crumbs and melted butter 3. Pat firmly into 9 inch spring form pan or 9 inch pie pan (1 inch up sides) 4. Beat cream cheese until fluffy 5. Add condensed milk. Beat until smooth. 6. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. 7. In small bowl mix 1/2 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tsp flour 8. Pour into prepared pan 9. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over top 10. Bake one hour at 300 or until cake springs back when touched lightly 11. Cool to room temperature. Chill 12. Can freeze leftovers
