For chocolate lovers Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs |
1/3 cup cocoa |
1/3 cup sugar |
3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk) |
3 eggs |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1 cup semisweet chocolate, divided |
1 teaspoon flour |
Directions:
1. (For best results, all ingredients should be room temperature). 2. Heat oven to 300 degrees. 3. Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar, and butter. 4. Press evenly onto bottom of a 9 inch springform pan. 5. Beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy. 6. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth. 7. Add eggs and vanilla. 8. Mix well. 9. In a small bowl, toss chocolate chips in the flour to coat. 10. Stir in cheese mixture. 11. Pour in into prepared pan. 12. Sprinkle remaining chips evenly over the top. 13. Bake 1 hour. 14. Turn off oven and allow to cool in the oven for 1 hour. 15. Remove from oven and cool at room temp for another hour. 16. Cover and refrigerate. |
