goes so well with fresh berries and whipped cream or vanilla ice cream Ingredients:
1/2 c butter |
3 1/2 c semisweet chocolate chips |
1 1/2 c flour |
1 tsp baking soda |
1 1/2 c sugar |
1 tsp vanilla |
1/4 c hot water |
4 eggs |
Directions:
1. melt butter and 2 cups chocolate chips together in saucepan over medium low heat 2. in small bowl mix flour and baking soda together 3. put melted chocolate mixture in a large bowl and add sugar; beat for about 5 minutes until smoth 4. with mixer add vanilla and gradually add water 5. add eggs one at a time and beat after each addition 6. with mixer on low add flour mixture until blended 7. fold in remaining 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips 8. pour into greased 10 round pan 9. bake at 325 for 35-45 minutes 10. cool and store in refridgerator |
