A wonderful chocolaty bread. You might want to turn the darkness control down on your machine so the bread doesn't get too dark. Ingredients:
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast |
3 cups bread flour |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
2 tablespoons white sugar |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
4 tablespoons butter, softened |
1 egg |
1 cup warm milk |
1/4 cup warm water |
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select White Bread cycle; press Start. 2. If your machine has a Fruit setting, add chocolate chips at the signal, or about 5 minutes before the kneading cycle has finished. |
