Sugar-free version of Ruth's Hemp Foods recipe. My husband likes to use as a dip for apple slices. I process the chia seeds first in my coffee grinder - it gives the pudding a smoother texture. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons chia seeds |
2 cups 1% low-fat milk |
1/4 cup almond butter |
1/4 cup cocoa |
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 pinch salt |
Directions:
1. Whir all ingredients in a blender for a couple of minutes. |
