1. Preheat oven 350 degrees line cookie sheets with parchment paper 2. In a mixing bowl Blend sugar cocoa and flour 3. Beat egg whites one at a time and then beat at high speed for 1 minute 4. Fold in Pecans 5. Drop by Tbs. onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart 6. Bake 15 minutes turning sheet halfway through baking time 7. Remove from oven cool on paper 8. place cookies in freezer on parchment paper for 1 hour 9. remove peel off paper 10. then store in air tight container 11. Make 2 dozen cookies
