This is a very creamy, very chocolatey pie sure to please all the chocolate fanatics in your household. Enjoy Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter |
1-1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate (1 oz. squares) |
1-1/4 cups sugar |
1/4 cup light corn syrup |
3 eggs beaten lightly |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 unbaked pastry shell |
Directions:
1. Combine butter and chocolate in top of double boiler then melt over hot water. 2. Combine sugar, syrup, eggs, salt and vanilla. 3. Blend sugar mixture into butter mixture and pour into shell. 4. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until set. |
