I wish they would give some idea on cook time but they don't. Ingredients:
1 9 inch unbaked pastry shell |
1/4 c. butter or margarine |
1 1/2 1 oz. squares unsweetened chocolate |
1 1/2 c. sugar |
1 tbsp. flour |
2 eggs |
1/2 c. evaporated milk |
1 tsp. vanilla |
few grains salt |
Directions:
1. Set oven 350. 2. Put butter and chocolate in pan over low heat, and heat until melted. 3. Pour mixture into small bowl of electric mixer. 4. Add sugar, flour, milk, eggs, salt, vanilla. 5. Beat at moderate speed for 6 minutes. 6. Pour mixture into pastry shell. 7. Bake 40 minutes. 8. Filling will be puffy and will fall as it cools. 9. Serve cold. 10. May top with whipped cream 11.
