I’ve been making this pie for over four years and we like it as much today as we did the first time I made it. It’s a simple recipe that you can make at the ‘drop of a hat”. Ingredients:
1-cup sugar |
2-eggs |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 square unsweetened chocolate |
dash of salt |
1-tspn vanilla |
1-9-inch pie crust, unbaked |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and eggs, beat well. 2. Melt margarine and chocolate in saucepan. 3. Add chocolate to sugar and eggs. 4. Add salt and vanilla, mixing well. 5. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Sere warm with Cool Whip on top. 6. -Susana |
