Another heavy rich dessert with the combination of classic flavors. Please don't ask how or why I come up with these ideas, because I really don't know; but it is fun!!! Ingredients:
chocolate crust from crust posting. |
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 large eggs |
10 ounces semisweet chocolate |
1 ounce cherry extract |
1/2 cup cherry coke |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^.
2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Fold in melted chocolate.
5. Add extract and Cherry Coke.
6. Add cream, mixing thoroughly.
7. Pour into prepared pan.
8. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
9. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
