Chocolate Cherries and Cream |

My DH and I went into a liquor store and 2 little bottles of Cruzan black cherry rum caught his eye! This rum is aromatic, sweet and smooth with a distinct character of fresh cherry. It's sweet, yet slightly tart. We brought them home and here is what I made. Ingredients:
2 ounces black cherry rum |
2 ounces creme de cacao |
1 ounce cream |
chocolate syrup |
2 cherries |
whipped cream |
Directions:
1. Drizzle chocolate syrup into 2 well chilled martini glasses.
2. In a large shaker add first 4 ingredients add ice cubes to fill and shake very well.
3. Strain into a martini glasses. Top with whipped cream and a cherry in each.
