This is a rich pie, so easy to make, simple and delicious and looks beautiful prepared. Perfect combo of chocolate and cheesecake without all of the typical cheesecake baking fuss. Ingredients:
1 -8oz package of cream cheese softened |
1/4 cup of butter softened |
1/3 cup granulated sugar |
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
1 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips melted and cooled |
1 carton of cool whip topping |
1 graham cracker crust (9 inch one) |
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl beat together the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar til smooth.
2. Beat in melted chocolate.
3. Fold in whipped topping.
4. Spoon into the crust and spread with a frosting knife.
5. Cover and freeze for around an hour.
6. Looks beautiful garnished with mini chocolate chips or extra whipped topping.
