This is my basic chocolate cheesecake, You can add flavors, fruits and nuts to make dozens of variations. Be creative!! Ingredients:

1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened |
3/4 cup sugar |
3 large eggs |
10 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted & cooled |
1 tbsp melted butter |
1 tea. vanilla extract |
1/2 cup heavy cream |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^. 2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. 3. Add eggs one at a time. 4. Fold in melted chocolate. 5. Add melted butter, vanilla, and cream, mixing thoroughly. 6. Pour into prepared pan. 7. Bake at 350^ for 1 hour. 8. Let cool and refrigerate before serving. |
