YUM! I had my bf try this, thinking he would say, diet food. I was wrong-he liked it and thought it tasted like Whoppers, malted milk balls. ( : Ingredients:
2 cups low fat cottage cheese |
15 grams sugar free hot chocolate |
7 grams gelatin |
8 oz water |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. mix cocoa and hot water, then gelatin 2. pour into blender with cottage cheese and mix until all clumps are gone 3. pour into cupcake foils 4. chill until set |
