Found on . Copycat recipe from Mountain Top Inn Resort and looks to die for! I didn't include chilling time of overnight. Ingredients:
2 lbs chocolate |
1 1/2 cups sweet butter |
1/2 cup chambord raspberry liquor |
1 cup water |
4 egg yolks |
Directions:
1. Chop chocolate and butter into 1 pieces. 2. Melt chocolate, butter, Chambord, and water over double boiler and mix until smooth. 3. Let cool slightly whisk in yolks and strain. 4. Pour into 7 x3 loaf pan and let set overnight. |
