A melt in your Mouth candy, right for jolly ole England. Ingredients:
4 lbs chocolate (dipping chocolate) |
1 pint whipping cream |
ground pecans or ground walnuts |
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and set aside until cool but not set. 2. Whip the cream to stiff peaks Fold into the chocolate. 3. Refrigerate for one hour. 4. Shape into 1 balls. 5. Roll into ground nuts. 6. Place on waxed paper to set up. 7. Store in an air tight container. |
