Directions:
1. PREPARE BROWNIE MIX ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS; CRUMBLE BROWNIES AND SET ASIDE. 2. IN A MEDIUM BOWL, COMBINE PUDDING MIX AND SUGAR. ADD CREAM, MILK AND SOUR CREAM; BEAT AT MEDIUM SPEED WIITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER UNTIL SOFT PEAKS FORM. COVER, AND CHILL 2 HOURS. 3. IN A LARGE, CLEAR GLASS BOWL, LAYER CRUMBLED BROWNIES, PUDDING MIXTURE, CARAMEL, WHIPPED TOPPING, AND PEANUTS. REPEAT LAYERS, ENDING WITH PEANUTS. COVER, AND CHILL AT LEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING. |
