Chocolate Caramel Nut Bars

These bar cookies taste like a candy bar. Oh, so good!
Ingredients:
nonstick cooking spray
1 pkg. 2-layer size white cake mix
1 cup quick-cooking rolled oats
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 12 1/4 oz. jar caramel ice cream topping
1 11 oz. pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 cup cocktail peanuts
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*
2. Coat a 13x9 pan with nonstic cooking spray. Set aside.
3. For crumb mixture, in a large mixing bowl combine cake mix and oats.
4. Using a pastry cutter., cut in peanut butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs.
5. Beat egg with milk; add to crumb mixture. Stirring until well mixed.
6. Reserve 3/4 cup of the mixture.
7. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
8. For filling, beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth.
9. Add caramel topping and beat until mixed. Spread on top of crumb mixture.
10. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top, then add the peanuts to cover.
11. Sprinkle evenly with reserved crumb mixture.
12. Bake for 30 minutes.
13. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
14. Cut into 24 bars.
15. Store, covered in the refrigerator.
