Chocolate Caramel Graham Crackers

From Gourmet Magazine...The easiest cookies I've ever made
Ingredients:
12 graham crackers(4 3/4 in x 2 1/2 in)
1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts, pecans or almonds, chopped
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Line 15x10 baking sheet with foil
3. Melt butter in a saucepan, low heat
4. Add brown sugar and salt and cook, whisking until combined well, about a minute
5. Pour over crackers, spreading evenly
6. Bake until until golden brown and bubbly, about 10 minutes
7. Scatter chocolate chips evenly over crackers and and bake about 1 minute
8. Spread chocolate evenly over crackers with offset spatula
9. Sprinkle your choice of nuts over chocolate and cool
10. Once cool, freeze until chocolate is firm, about 1/2 hour
11. Peel from foil and break crackers into serving pieces
12. Cook time does not include cooling time
