These are…..sooooo…yummy! Oooey-Gooey…Oh so Good! and if I think they are that good imagine what the kids think? Ingredients:
2 1/2 c. flour |
3/4 c. cocoa |
1 t. baking soda |
1 c. sugar |
1 c. brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 c. butter |
2 t. vanilla |
1/2 c. chopped pecans |
40 “rolo” caramels |
topping |
1/2 c. ground pecans |
1 t. sugar |
Directions:
1. Cream butter. Beat in sugars until fluffy. Add vanilla and eggs, beat well. Add flour, cocoa and baking soda. Stir in pecans. Shape a tablespoon of dough around 1 Rolo caramel, making sure it is completely covered. Press one side of each ball into the nut topping and place “nut-side-up” on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° oven for 10-12 minutes. |
