Its not the easiest cake but when you try it you will admit that it wasn't a waste of time! Ingredients:
for the cake |
250 gr dark chocolate broken in pieces |
150 gr butter in cubes |
150 gr brown sugar |
5 eggs seperated yolks from the whites |
30 gr mashed almonds |
1 tablespoon amaretto |
cocoa powder (for serving) |
for amaretto cream |
14 ml milk cream 35% fat |
2 tablespoon sugar powder |
1 tablespoon amaretto |
Directions:
1. Melt dark chocolate and add butter and let it melt too.Turn off the heat and take the vessel off. 2. When the mixture is cold add one egg yolk and whip it with power! 3. when it's smooth add the rest of the yolks as well as smashed almonds and brown sugar whiping constantly. 4. In a seperate bowl whip the whites into meringue 5. add sugar and 1 tablespoon amaretto 6. when the cream is ready combine it with the chocolate mixture stirring from downwards to upwards so that the cake will be fluffy! 7. Cover the form shapped like a heart with the shinning side of a foil piece. 8. Pour the mixture into the form and bake it for a half an hour at 170 celsious. 9. when the cake is baked and cold place it on a nice dish . 10. whip the milk cream with sugar powder and amaretto and when it's ready to thicken pour it on top of the cake!powder with some cocoa and its ready!
