Chocolate Cake - No Milk Required |

An easy recipe that does not call for milk which greatly benefits those on casein free diets. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour |
1 cup sugar |
3 tablespoons cocoa |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
6 tablespoons oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 cup water |
Directions:
1. Stir the first 5 ingredients together. 2. Make 3 holes. 3. In one put the vinegar, in the other the oil, and in the other the vanilla. 4. Pour water over all. 5. Bake in a square pan at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
