                    An intriguing icing that is spread over the cake and then broiled. This gives it a rich caramel flavor. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                5 tablespoons butter, melted  |  
                                                1/2 cup brown sugar  |  
                                                5 tablespoons heavy whipping cream  |  
                                                1/2 cup flaked coconut  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Preheat oven to broil. 2. In a medium bowl, stir together the melted butter, brown sugar and cream until well blended. Then mix in the coconut. spread over any cake in a 9x13 inch pan. 3. Place under the preheated broiler for 3 to 5 minutes, until the mixture is bubbly and golden.
