Chocolate cake made with black beans and no frosting - just melted chocolate chips. Ingredients:
15 oz black beans, canned |
4 whole eggs |
1/2 cup flour |
1/2 cup splenda (blend for baking) |
28 g cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp vanilla extract |
1/2 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet |
Directions:
1. Rinse beans well and drain. 2. Blend all ingredients together. 3. Pour into a lightly spray oiled pan. 4. Top with chocolate chips. 5. Bake 350 for 35-40 minutes. 6. Remove and let cool. 7. Slice into 16 squares. |
