This cake recipe has been changed for many times since 2007 and every time when I make it a new way, it works more and more better! And most of all, it is my original recipe so I will treasure this one. Ingredients:
2 cups self-raising flour |
3 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 cup sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup milk |
3 tablespoons butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring |
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1/2 cup cashew nuts |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, cocoa powder. 2. Add the sugar. 3. Add beaten eggs, melted butter, milk & vanilla and beat for approximately 8-10 minutes. 4. Bake for 30 minutes for 350°F. 5. Cool for 10 or 15 minutes. |
