Quick! Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips along with Eagle Brand milk, a chunk of butter, some pecans, and you have a delicious fudge! SO EASY! Ingredients:
1 12-ounce package semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 12- ounce package butterscotch chips |
1 can eagle brand milk |
2 cups chopped pecans (can toast) |
1/2 stick unsalted butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. In large bowl, place the chips and Eagle Brand milk 2. Place in microwave to cook 3. Watching closely, stop and stir as needed until melted 4. Remove bowl 5. Stir in butter, stir quickly to mix 6. Add pecans, vanilla 7. Pour into a greased 13x9 dish, or 2-8 inch square dishes 8. Chill until firm, about 2 hours 9. Cut into 1 inch squares, or size of your choice |
