An easy and delicious chocolate frosting. Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine (softened) |
2 2/3 cups powdered sugar |
1/2 cup cocoa (i prefer ghirardelli) |
4 -6 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Beat the butter in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Add powdered sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistency.
3. Stir in vanilla.
