A recipe from an old cookbook I was looking thru. This could be used on any type of cake. Ingredients:
1 cup butter |
8 cups powdered sugar |
8 hershey's baking chocolate squares, melted |
4 teaspoons vanilla |
8 tablespoons milk or 8 tablespoons light cream |
Directions:
1. Cream butter. 2. Add sugar gradually while beating constantly. 3. Add melted baking chocolate then add vanilla. 4. Thin with milk or cream until of right consistency to spread. 5. Spread on warm cake. |
