This is an yummy dish! Ingredients:
1/2 c. of bailey's irish cream, original irish cream liqeur |
1 c. of thickened cream |
1 tbsp. of chocolate fudge topping |
1/2 c. of ouzo |
2 c. of ice cubes |
garnish: whipped cream |
garnish: grated dark chocolate |
Directions:
1. First you need to add the cream, Baileys, ouzo, chocolate topping and ice cubes in the blender. 2. Let this blend until creamy plus the ice is crushed. 3. Then pour the Baileys-ouzo mixture into serving glasses. 4. Let this top with a dollop of whipped cream and then a dash of chocolate. Serve immediately. |
