This is a nice simple brownie recipe, you can sub. for any crushed nuts. To make things sweeter top with a simple iceing. Ingredients:
1/2 c butter/margarine |
1 c sugar |
2 eggs |
4 tbsp cocoa |
1 tsp vanilla |
3/4 c flour |
1/2 c chopped (crushed) nuts |
1/2 c choc chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven 300. In mixing bowl cream butter, gradually add sugar. Beat until fluffy. 2. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Blend in Cocoa & Vanilla. 3. Gradually add flour, mix only until well blended. Stir in nuts & choc. Chips. 4. Spread evenly in 8 x 8 sq pan. Bake on middle rack for 35 min. 5. Let cool; Cut into evenly squares. Makes 24 squares. |
