Brownies.. soft in center, firm around edges. Delicious!! Ingredients:
60 ml cocoa powder |
125 ml margerine, melted |
2 eggs |
250 ml brown sugar |
2 ml vanilla extract |
125 ml cake flour (110 ml all purpose flour) |
2 ml baking powder |
1/2 ml salt |
50 ml chopped walnuts |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. grease a square cake pan with shortening 3. melt margerine and place in a large mixing bowl 4. bleand cocoa into melted margerine 5. beat in eggs and brown sugar. 6. stir in vanilla 7. in medium bowl, sift together cake flour, baking powder and salt. 8. add dry ingredients gradually to first mixture, stir in well 9. stir in chopped walnuts 10. pour in pan 11. bake for 20 minutes |
