I love muffins :) Ingredients:
50 g dark muscovado sugar |
110 g chocolate, melted |
110 g pecan nuts, chopped |
225 g self raising flour |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
225 ml milk |
4 tablespoons sunflower oil |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1 large egg, beaten lightly |
Directions:
1. Stir all the ingredients together until just combined. 2. Spoon into paper muffin cases and bake for 15-20 mins 220c/fan 200c/ Gas 7. Until well risen and firm. |
