For all the raw foodies. This crust is for the Charlotte. Ingredients:
1/2 cup walnuts |
1/2 cup pecans |
1/4 cup pitted dates |
1 tablespoon cacao, powder |
1 tablespoon carob powder |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Place walnuts and pecans in a food processor and process until ground. 2. Add dates, cacao, carob and vanilla extract. 3. Process until crumbly. 4. Place in the bottom of spring form pan and top with filling of choice. |
