Chocolate Brownie Cookies |

These cookies taste just like the crunchy edge of the brownies. This recipe was developed out of pure necessity. Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
2 cups sugar |
1 cup butter, melted |
3 large eggs |
1/2 cup cocoa |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend with electric mixer until all ingredients are moist and blended. With this recipe, I sometimes add another 1/2 cup each of sugar and flour to get a thicker consistency. 2. Let the batter rest for about 10 minutes. 3. Drop by the teaspoonful onto a greased cookie sheet about 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 for 7-9 minutes. 4. Cool for 1 minute on pan and then transfer to cooling rack to cool completely. |
