Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 cup mayonnaise
12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:

Butter 2 loaf pans dust with cocoa.

Mix everything together until blended well.

Pour into pans.

Bake 350° for 50 minutes.
